JFK

“What kind of peace do we seek? ... Not the peace of the grave or the security of the slave. I am talking about genuine peace, the kind of peace that makes life on earth worth living, the kind that enables men and nations to grow and to hope and to build a better life for their children -- not merely peace for Americans but peace for all men and women, not merely peace in our time but peace for all time.”

- John F. Kennedy,

American University speech, June 10, 1963

  1. Nice stuff.... do you realize that speech is dated just a few months before he was assassinated?

Hey, you can be proud, KB. RHB received a letter just today from the director of the Peace Corps congratulating him on this campus being in the top 25 of Peace Corps volunteer producing colleges/universities. We are 17th!

All blessings to you and to your fam as they travel back to the snow and cold.
